A journey towards Awareness

Grateful is not even enough as an adjective to say what l feel for the Teachers l happened to have found along the way. Blessed would probably express better the overwhelming feeling l get everytime l read or listen to what they patiently share freely with the world.

"Choose your companions wisely",  said the Buddha.

I have chosen those you will find in this section a while ago and the more l keep diving into their wisdom and knowledge, the more l believe that they deserve to reach as many minds and as many hearts as possible.

Some delivering it straight from the Source, therefore more academically and intellectually, others blending Eastern Philosophy with Western Psichology and personal investigations, they all made the way l teach today a completely different experience from when l first started. Or, more likely, they complemented my yoga practice and turned it into something even more therapeutic, both for the body and the mind.

I hope they will accompany you with the same solidity, inspiration and challenging questions as they did and keep doing with me.

Enjoy your journey.
